Cannabis Plants Seized In Ballymoney

Police in Co Antrim have seized approximately 50 cannabis plants during a house search in Ballymoney.

The plants, alongside a quantity of processed cannabis and other drug paraphernalia, were discovered at a house in the Townhead Street area on Tuesday, 07 August.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of possession and cultivating cannabis, as well as being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.

Police urged anyone with information about the use or supply of illegal drugs to contact them on the non-emergency number 101.

Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.

Four Die In Fatal Collision In Armagh In Early Hours Of 24 March
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a fatal collision in Armagh in the early hours of Sunday, 24 March. A driver and three passengers died when the grey Volkswagen Golf they were travelling in crashed on the Ballynahonemore Road at around 2.10am.

A man and a woman have been arrested in connection with the discovery of two cannabis factories in County Down. At around 9:25am on Sunday 29th January, police received a report of a disturbance in the Kilkinamurry Road area of Ballyward.

PSNI Investigates Arson Attack In L'Derry
The PSNI have launched an investigation into an arson attack in L'Derry on Monday, 11 March. At around 11.30pm last night, it was reported to police that two vehicles were on fire in the Grainan Drive area. Police and NIFRS attended the scene. Both vehicles sustained significant damage. Two other vehicles were also damaged as a result of the fire.
