Appeal After Aggravated Burglary In South Belfast
The occupants of a house in South Belfast have escaped injury following an aggravated burglary in the Edinburgh Street area.
Three men, one possibly armed with a knife, entered the house before threatening the residents and taking two mobile phones and keys to a car.
The incident happened during the early hours of Friday morning.
The car was then stolen and was later found at Springfield Park in west Belfast.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.

PSNI launch 'House Safe' campaign
The PSNI in South Belfast have launched the first phase of ‘House Safe’, a campaign developed in response to the increasing problem of domestic burglaries in South Belfast. Police said that the campaign, an initiative by South Belfast District Command Unit, is aimed at the habitual offender, working to disrupt and frustrate their behaviour.

Man Injured After Tackling Intruder In South Belfast
A man has sustained minor injuries after tackling an intruder he caught ransacking his home in south Belfast. The incident happened at Cleaver Park, just off the Malone Road, at around 3.20am on Wednesday, 06 September. The man refused to hand over his car keys and fought off one of the two intruders while he tried to call the emergency services.
