Two Charged Over Separate ATM Thefts In Co Antrim

Two men have been charged over recent ATM thefts and are due to appear in court today, Thursday 02 May.

The charges are in connection with separate incidents in Nutts Corner on Tuesday 30 April and at Junction One Retail Park on Friday 01 February.

Both accused, aged 21 and 31, will appear before Ballymena Magistrates court.

The 21-year-old has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking, causing damage to property, arson, criminal damage and two counts of theft in relation to the Nutts Corner incident earlier this week, when police managed to recover the stolen cash machine.

The 31-year-old faces four charges of theft, three counts of arson, taking a motor vehicle without authority and criminal damage in relation to the thefts of ATM machines in the Junction One Retail Park.
