Call For Vigilance As Woman 'Grabbed' In Lisburn
The public have been reminded to remain vigilant when out on dark Autumn evenings following a suspicious approach to a woman in Lisburn.
The incident on Monday evening, 07 October, saw a woman targeted in a walkway between Ballymacoss Drive and Edenvale Court at around 8pm.
A man aged between 20 and 30, who wore a black tracksuit with the hood up, approached the woman and grabbed her. Police said she managed to break free and run off.
The male was described as being of slim build and spoke with a southern accent.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "If you know anything about this incident or were in the area at this time and witnessed anything please contact Police on 101 quoting Police reference number 2008 of 07/10/19.
"We also ask that you are vigilant when out especially on these dark Autumn nights and to report any suspicious behaviour to Police."

Appeal Following Serious Assault And Robbery In Antrim
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Antrim during the early hours of Monday, 18 March. The 26-year-old was walking in an alleyway adjacent to Seacash Drive at around 3.50am when he was approached by two men.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Man Arrested For Headbutting Female Police Officer
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in Newry for assaulting a police officer. While responding to a domestic related report, a local female officer was headbutted to the head, which caused swelling and bruising. The officer was seen by medical staff and her injuries were not more serious and she felt well enough to remain on duty.
