Man Shot In Both Legs In L'Derry

A man has been shot in both legs in L'Derry.

The victim, aged in his 30s, was targeted at a house in Margaret Street in the Waterside area.

Two masked men entered the property at around 8.45pm and carried out the attack. The victim was taken to hospital for his injuries.

While investigations are underway, police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them at Strand Road on 101 quoting reference 1838 of 08/10/19. Alternatively, details can be provided anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Appeal Issued For Taxi Driver Who Helped Assault Victim In L'Derry
Police in Co L'Derry are appealing for a taxi driver who helped the victim of a serious attack to contact them. The assault happened in the Chapel Road area between 1am and 1.30am on Sunday, 30 December. Three men attacked the victim and he sustained life changing injuries to his face, head and ribs. It is believed a hatchet may have been used.

Man Shot In Both Legs In L'Derry
A man in his 30's has been shot in both legs in L'Derry. Police said the victim was targeted in the Galliagh estate area at around 8pm on Wednesday evening, 25 September. He suffered gun shot wounds to both legs and was taken to hospital for treatment.

A man has been injured in a paramilitary style attack in L'Derry. The incident happened in the Glenowen Park area just after 9pm on Wednesday, 29 March. The victims was shot in both legs and he is being treated in hospital. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
