Arrest In Charlotte Murray Murder Probe

A 47-year-old man has been arrested by detectives investigating the murder of Omagh woman Charlotte Murray.

He was detained in Moy, County Tyrone on Wednesday 09 October on suspicion of assisting offenders, withholding information and perverting the course justice.

The suspect was interviewed and subsequently released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Police also seized a number of electronic devices for examination as part of the investigation.

The body of Ms Murray has never been found, despite the belief that she was murdered in 2012.

Ms Murray's former fiancé, Johnny Miller from Dungannon, was found guilty and convicted of her murder on Tuesday.
