Concern Grows For High Risk Missing Person

Concern is growing for the wellbeing of a man described as "high risk" who is missing from hospital.

Stephen Crawford, aged 55, was last seen at Craigavon Area Hospital shortly after 9am on Tuesday 17 December.

Police said he was still missing on Wednesday morning, with concerns for his wellbeing growing in the local area. Stephen has been classed as a "high risk missing person".

Yesterday officers deployed search and rescue teams, dogs and as many resources as possible in the hope of finding him.

The last known clothing Stephen was wearing was a grey hooded dressing gown and a pair of blue asics trainers with a white stripe.

Anyone who believes they may have spotted him are urged to get in touch "as a matter of urgency", while those with CCTV in the area are asked to check that as well.

Details can be provided by calling non-emergency line 101 quoting reference 287 of 17/12/19.

A PSNI spokesperson added: "In this season of goodwill let's do everything we can to bring Stephen home to his family safe and sound."
