Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
Police have arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with an incident in Dungannon
At around 10.40pm last night at the Granville Industrial Estaste two men, both aged 25, were threatened by another two men armed with handguns. Shots were fired at one of the men as he ran away, however thankfully he was not struck.
Detectives in Mid Ulster CID are working to establish the full circumstances and are appealing for information. Anyone who can assist the police investigation is asked to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference 38 12/11/20 or alternatively please call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Three Arrested In Connection With Ballymena Murder
Police are treating the death of a 69-year-old man from Ballymena as murder. The victim was discovered in the Drumtara area on Tuesday afternoon. Two men, aged 41 and 49, and a woman, 47, have been arrested and are in police custody. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Two men have been arrested in connection with the attempted murder of an off duty police officer in L'Derry. A viable under car bomb was found outside the house of the officer in the Ardanlee area on 22 February. The suspects are aged 43 and 59.
