NI Water Launches Higher Level Apprenticeship Academy

As young people across NI receive their exam results, NI Water has announced the launch of their Higher Level Apprenticeship Academy.

NI Water is offering an opportunity to 'earn while you learn' and become part of Northern Ireland's most essential service.

Head of HR Operations, Kathleen Simpson explained the benefits of the programme: "We are looking for Apprentice Project Control Engineers to join our project management teams in September 2021 and start a career that really matters!

"Successful apprentices will complete a five-year programme that offers the ability to earn while you learn, working towards a foundation degree in digital construction, construction engineering and surveying or civil engineering, all debt free! We will even subsidise the cost of driving lessons to help you truly get in the driving seat of your career.

"Additionally, you will benefit from outstanding training and development, work towards gaining professional qualifications and develop your skills, knowledge and experience alongside industry experts.

"You will work as part of a diverse, high performing team, in an organisation that delivers Northern Ireland's most precious resource. You will enjoy a great work life balance and excellent career progression opportunities."

Kathleen concluded: "As we build our workforce of the future, we're looking for brilliant people with what it takes to deliver this vital service so, why not apply today?"
