Appeal For Information Of 'Brutal' Shooting In County Antrim

The PSNI have have issued an appeal for information following a shooting incident in Newtownabbey, County Antrim.

At about 10pm on Tuesday 24 August, a man, aged in his 20s, was shot in the leg in an attack at Knockenagh Avenue.

Police, who have described the incident as a "brutal attack" are working to establish the motive for the shooting.

Man Assaulted In East Belfast
A man has been assaulted by three men in east Belfast. The attack happened in the Paxton Street area last Friday, 26 November. The men made off with his wallet which contained a sum of cash. Arson Attack In Bushmills Being Treated As A Sectarian Hate Crime
An arson attack at a flat in Bushmills, Co Antrim, is being treated as a "sectarian motivated hate crime", according to the police. A wheelie bin was pushed against the front door of the property in Silverstream Court and set on fire just after 7am on Monday, 29 November. A woman was treated for smoke inhalation.
