Teenage Girl Sexually Assaulted At Belfast Event
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following the sexual assault of a teenage girl at an event in Belfast.
Police have reported that the teenager was sexually assaulted by an unknown male at an outdoor event in the Ormeau Park area and close to a fast-food van at about 10.30pm.
The attacker is said to be around 17, with dark-blonde, wavy hair, approximately 5'8" and of slim build.
It is understood that two other girls at the event intervened and came to the assistance of the victim. Police have called on those two girls to contact them as they believe they can assist with their enquiries. Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact police.

Police are appealing for information after teenager suffered a serious sexual assault in County Antrim at the weekend. The attack occurred in a field adjacent to the Hillhead Road, Toomebridge, at around 1.30am on Sunday morning. The teenage girl was approached by a man outside a licensed premises on the Hillhead Road.

A teenage girl was the victim of a serious sexual assault at a railway station last week. The girl was attacked at the Whiteabbey train halt at around 4.15pm last Thursday. She was approached by a man on the Larne-bound platform of the track.
