Three Charged Following Robbery In South Belfast

Two men and a woman have been charged in connection with a robbery in south Belfast.

A man is believed to have been robbed while he was sitting in his car on Raby Street, in the Ormeau Road area, at around 1.10am on Saturday, 20 November. It is believed one of the robbers was armed with a knife.

The man was not physically harmed however he was left shaken.

Two men, aged 36 and 41, have also been charged with criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon with internet to commit an indictable offence.

They are expected to appear before Belfast Magistrate's Court today, Monday 22 November.

All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).

Man Charged After Delivery Driver Robbed In North Belfast
A 19-year-old man has been charged after a delivery driver was robbed in north Belfast. The incident happened in the Ardilea Street area at around 1.50am on Monday, 27 November. The victim was stopped and threatened by a man who demanded money before making off. The suspect has been charged with robbery and possession of an offensive weapon.

Shop Robbed In East Belfast
Police are appealing for help to trace a man in connection with a robbery at a shop in east Belfast. The man, believed to be in his 20s, entered the premises on the Belmont Road shortly after 4pm on Monday. He went behind the counter and began banging on the till, shouting at a staff member to open it. He made off on foot with a small sum of cash.

Police Appeal Following Aggravated Burglary In North Belfast
Police are appealing for information following an aggravated robbery in north Belfast. A group of masked men, believed to be armed with weapons, robbed a property in the York Crescent area at around 10.30pm on Sunday, 18 December. Extensive damage was caused, according to the PSNI. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
