Two Men Arrested In Connection With Large Drug Seizure
Two men have been arrested in connection with a large drug seizure following two Paramilitary Crime Task Force operations.
Officers seized large quantities of suspected class A drugs, worth an estimated £180,000, during two separate search operations – a property search in Ballybeen, Dundonald, and a vehicle stop and search on the M1 near Moira. The men, aged 28 and 41, have been arrested on suspicion of a number of drug-related offences.
Police said the operations were part of an ongoing investigation into criminality linked to the East Belfast UVF.

Man Arrested In Connection With Violent Street Robbery
A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a violent street robbery in the Ormeau Road area of south Belfast on Sunday 22 May. Shortly before 7:50pm, it was reported that a man in his 20s and a woman in her 40s were outside a commercial premises when they were approached by two males.

Two Teens Arrested After Alleged Fight In Belfast
Police have arrested two teenagers following an alleged fight in North Belfast on Sunday, 22 May. A number of young people were reported to be fighting and throwing stones in the Oldpark Road area just after 6.10pm. A number of youths threw stones at a police car, breaking the rear window and damage to the bodywork.

Man Attacked In Bangor
A man, aged in his 60s, has been injured after he was beaten and kicked to the ground in the face and head in Bangor. The assault occurred in the Castle Street area at around 10pm on Saturday, 21 May. A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing Grievous Bodily Harm and has been detained in police custody.

A total of 45 people have been arrested in the past 48 hours in Gardaí a crackdown on the sale and supply of heroin and 'crack' cocaine in the Dublin region. The operation, which involved Garda drug units from Kevin Street, Pearse Street and Store Street stations, resulted in 150 charges being brought, according to Gardaí this morning.
