Two Men Seriously Assaulted In Bangor

The PSNI in Bangor have issued an appeal for information following an assault in the town in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Two men were attacked by two other men at about 1.40am on Bridge Street in Bangor, Co Down.

The victims required hospital treatment for "non life-threatening facial injuries".

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Anyone with any information about the assault, especially anyone who may have witnessed the incident, is asked to contact police.

Three men arrested in connection with Lisa Dorrian murder
Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of missing 25-year-old Bangor woman, Lisa Dorrian. Police have revealed that two of the men arrested are aged 18 and the other is aged 23, however no other details have been released as yet.

Man Assaulted In Aggravated Break-In
The occupant of a house in the Hillman Street area of north Belfast has been assaulted in a robbery by a gang of men. Detectives in Antrim Road are appealing for information following the aggravated burglary. At approximately 09:15 the house was forcibly entered by four masked men.
