Appeal For Information On Fatal House In Enniskillen

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a fatal house fire in Enniskillen on the evening of Thursday 26 January.

A woman, aged in her 70s, has been pronounced dead following a fire at a property in the Killynure Crescent area.

Making the appeal, Detective Inspector Winters said: "At approximately 5.55pm police were notified of a fire in the property and attended along with colleagues from other emergency services.

"Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service extinguished the fire but, sadly, a woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

"Our investigation is now underway to determine the cause of the fire. Anyone with information is asked to call 101, and quote reference number 1665 of 26/01/23."

PSNI Names Woman Found Dead In East Belfast
A woman found dead at a house in east Belfast on Wednesday, 15 May, has been named by the PSNI as Kathryn 'Kat' Parton. A murder investigation has been launched into the death after Kathryn's body was discovered in a house in the Madrid Street area. The 34-year-old had suffered serious head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
