Man Found With Number Of Stab Wounds In South Belfast

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information after a man was found with a number of stab wounds in the in the south Belfast area in the early hours of Sunday 5th February.

A report was received at around 6.05am that a man had received several stab wounds and was located by a passer-by in the Raphael Street area.

The man, aged in this 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries, which included stab wounds to his hands, neck and nose. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening at this stage.

Detective Sergeant Kitchen said: "Enquiries remain ongoing and we are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything, or who may have dashcam, CCTV or other video footage. The number to call is 101 quoting reference 470 of 05/02/23.

Man Arrested After RTC Driver Found With Stab Wounds
Police have arrested a 43-year-old man after officers attended a report of a crash in north Belfast and discovered the driver had stab wounds to his chest. The one-vehicle collision occurred on the Crumlin Road on Tuesday shortly after midday. Police found the 47-year-old victim at the scene and he was taken to hospital.

Man suffers stab wounds to arms
A 27-year-old man has suffered stab wounds to both arms during an incident in Belfast last night. Police were called to a flat at St John's Close on the Lagan Bank Road at around 11.30pm following reports of a disturbance. The injured man was found inside and taken to hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
