Appeal After Masked Men Attack Home In West Belfast

PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of a burglary in west Belfast on Monday, 25 September.

At approximately 8.30pm, three masked men forced their way into a property in the Oakman Street area, with a lone female occupant. The men were dressed in dark coloured clothing with their faces covered. One of the suspects was carrying a small handgun, while another was armed with a hammer. The men damaged a number if items in the house before fleeing the scene.

Detectives have appealed to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time of the incident, to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 2018 25/09/23.
