EasyJet Announces Belfast City To Alicante Flights
Easyjet has announced the addition of new flight routes to Alicante in summer 2024.
From 24 May 2024, easyJet will begin flying to Alicante from Belfast City Airport on Thursdays and Sundays.
Located on Spain's southeastern coastline, the flight time is just over three hours and will be suitable for travellers wishing to visit Benidorm, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, and Torremolinos.
Katy Best, Commercial Director at Belfast City Airport said: "There is proven demand for sunshine routes from Belfast City Airport and this is therefore a hugely exciting announcement for us.
"Over the last couple of years, we have grown our partnership with easyJet to offer a network of six domestic routes – Bristol, Glasgow, Liverpool, London Gatwick, London Luton and Manchester – and adding a European summer destination is a really significant milestone in that growth.
"Alicante is always a popular destination, whether it is for family holidays, golf trips or sightseeing, and it is excellent holidaymakers from Northern Ireland will have additional options for summer 2024."

Easyjet pull plug on Belfast Go flights
Low cost airline Easyjet has pulled the plug on Go flights between Northern Ireland and Scotland. Easyjet, which purchased Go from British Airways earlier this month for £375m, said that the flights had been cancelled and that passengers would be transferred to other available Easyjet flights.
