NI Schools Forced To Close Due To Weather
A number of schools across Northern Ireland were forced to close today as a result of adverse weather conditions.

The MET Office has issued a status Yellow warning across counties Antrim, Down, L'Derry and Tyrone, which is in effect from 4pm today until 10am tomorrow morning.

Schools Forced To Close Following Snowy Conditions
A number of schools in Co Tyrone and Co L'Derry are closed today (3 March) as a result of snow and ice. More than 40 schools have been closed, with a number of school bus services cancelled.

Number Of NI Primary Schools Receive Further 'Malicious Calls'
A number of primary schools in Northern Ireland have received further "malicious calls". Pupils and staff at Kilmaine Primary school in Bangor, Co Down, were evacuated and other schools have also been affected.

All NI Schools Are Eco-Schools - Durkan
All schools in Northern Ireland are now Eco-Schools, the Environment Minister has confirmed. Minister Mark H Durkan was speaking at the Eco-Schools National Operators Meeting (NOM), an annual global conference, coordinated by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).
