Three Men Arrested Following Serious Assault In Lisburn
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a serious assault in the Mountview Drive area of Lisburn in the early hours of this morning, Friday 7th February.
Police received a report at approximately 1.40am that three men had been assaulted by a group of individuals armed with what are believed to have been metal bars, hammers, and knives.
Two of the victims were taken to hospital for treatment for their injuries.
The perpetrators, who had been seen leaving the scene in a silver-coloured Volkswagen Golf, were apprehended a short time later. Police arrested two men, aged 18 and 19, on suspicion of attempted murder. A third man, aged 19, was later arrested at an address in Lisburn on the same charge.
All three men remain in police custody at this time.
Detective Inspector Lenaghan said: "I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the assault or to anyone who may have CCTV, doorbell or other footage that could assist with enquiries to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference 91 of 07/02/25."

The victims were closing premises in the Balmoral Avenue area at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, 04 October when three men assaulted them. Both men were treated in hospital for their injuries. Four Released After Woman Injured In Co Tyrone
Four people have been released on bail pending further enquiries after a woman was injured in a house in Co Tyrone. Three men, aged 24, 25 and 34, and a woman, aged 29, were arrested following an incident in the Mourne Crescent area on Monday, 14 November. The injured woman is being treated in hospital.

Three men arrested in connection with Lisa Dorrian murder
Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of missing 25-year-old Bangor woman, Lisa Dorrian. Police have revealed that two of the men arrested are aged 18 and the other is aged 23, however no other details have been released as yet.
