Man Named As Victim In Dungannon Murder Investigation

etectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland's Major Investigation Team have named the man who died in Dungannon as 71-year-old Adam Krzan.

Mr Krzan's body was discovered in a flat in the Corrainey Park area of the town on Thursday evening, 27th February, prompting a murder investigation.

Following the discovery, four individuals were arrested. As of now, two men, aged 33 and 30, who were arrested on suspicion of murder, and a 27-year-old woman, arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, remain in custody. A second 30-year-old man, who was also arrested, has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Detective Chief Inspector Graham Orr said: "My thoughts at this time are first and foremost with Mr Krzan's family and friends who are left trying to come to terms with their loss. Our investigation is at an early stage and enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances. I am asking anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to contact detectives on 101. Please quote reference 1576 of 27/02/25."

Man Arrested In L'Derry
A 20-year-old man has been arrested in L'Derry. Officers from the PSNI's Terrorism Investigation unit carried out a search at a property in connection with an ongoing on Wednesday, 04 November. A number of items were seized for further examination. The man was taken to be questioned, however he has now been released.

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

The PSNI's Major Investigation Team have launched a murder investigation into the disappearance of 47-year-old Damien Heagney from Cookstown. Mr Heagney was reported missing on Tuesday 19 July and police have said that they are "keeping an open mind" they now believe that he has been murdered.

Man Arrested Following Lisburn Assault Released
A man arrested following an assault in Lisburn has been released on bail pending further enquiries, according to the PSNI. The 21-year-old was arrested following an incident in the Rathvarna Drive and Beechwood Grove area at around 1.30am on Tuesday, 12 July.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
