Nine Charged Following Disorder In L'Derry
Nine of the eleven people arrested in connection with public disorder in Nailors Row, L'Derry, on the night of Tuesday, 17 June, have been charged and are due to appear before Londonderry Magistrates' Court today, Thursday, 19 June.
A ninth individual, a 47-year-old man, has been charged with intentionally encouraging or assisting a riot.
As is standard procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
Two male teenagers, aged 16 and 17, who were also arrested on suspicion of riotous behaviour in connection with disorder on Monday night, 16 June, have been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.
Eight males, including youths aged 14, three aged 15, two aged 16, a 29-year-old, and a 30-year-old, have been charged with riotous behaviour. Two Men Stable After Slurry Incident In L'Derry
Two men are being treated in hospital following an incident with a slurry tank at a farm in L'Derry. Emergency services attended the scene in the Claudy area at around 4pm on Saturday, 16 June. The men are believed to be aged in their 40s and 70s. The Health & Safety Executive has launched an investigation.

Children Aged Between 12 And 16 Found Drunk In South Belfast Field
Up to 100 boys and girls aged between 12 and 16 were found by police drinking in south Belfast. Some of the children in the Lagan Meadows area in Stranmillis were "worst for wear with drink", according to the PSNI. The fire service was also called to put out some gorse fires.

Four In Court Over East Riots
Four people have appeared before Belfast Magistrates Court charged in connection with rioting in east Belfast. The males, aged between 17 and 30, faced a number of charges including riotous behaviour, throwing a petrol bomb and damaging a police vehicle.

Colin Horner Murder: Man Arrested
A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Colin Horner. Mr Horner, 35, was fatally shot in front of his young son in a supermarket car park on Sunday, 28 May. The man was arrested in the Newtownards area on Friday, 16 June. He has been taken to Musgrave Police station for questioning.
