Budget Energy SuperCupNI To Return From 27 July
Sixty two elite boys' and girls' teams from across the globe are set to participate in this year's world-renowned international youth football tournament, Budget Energy SuperCupNI, from Sunday, 27 July to Friday, 1 August 2025.
More than 55,000 spectators are expected to enjoy a thrilling week of top-class youth football action across Northern Ireland.
The 2025 tournament boasts an impressive line-up of iconic clubs, including Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Leeds United, Southampton, Brighton & Hove Albion, West Ham United, Celtic, Rangers, and UAE giants Al Jazira Club. These international powerhouses will be joined by leading sides from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, such as Linfield, Crusaders, Cliftonville, Coleraine, Glenavon, Ballymena United, St Patrick's Athletic, Bohemians, and Shamrock Rovers, alongside the tournament's six County representative teams. The 2025 Budget Energy SuperCupNI will officially kick off with its traditional parade and opening ceremony on Sunday, 27 July, signalling the start of a week of world-class youth football. Group stage and knockout fixtures will be held at various venues across Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, and Mid and East Antrim Borough Council areas.
The Girls' Premier and Junior Finals are scheduled for Dixon Park in Ballyclare on Thursday, 31 July, while the Boys' Minor, Junior, and Premier Finals will take place at the Coleraine Showgrounds on Friday, 1 August 2025.

A new recruitment campaign has been launched to find 30 new members of the Belfast City Youth Council (BCYC). RNLI Lifeguards Commence Full-Time Beach Patrols
RNLI lifeguards have now transitioned to their full-time operational schedule, patrolling a total of 11 beaches along the Causeway Coast and in County Down. These patrols will run daily from 10:00 to 18:00 until Saturday, 31 August 2025, marking the kick-off of the peak summer season for beach safety.
