Sinn Féin Condemn Racist Graffiti

Racist graffiti which recently appeared on a company van in Andersontown, Belfast, has been strongly condemned by Sinn Féin MP Paul Maskey.

The West Belfast MP said the "disgusting xenophobic slurs" were "designed to spread fear and hatred."

Mr Maskey also stated that local residents, alongside activists from Sinn Féin and the vehicle owner were all outraged.

"Those involved do not speak for the vast majority of west Belfast. Andersonstown is a welcoming community — one which I am proud to be part of and represent," said Mr Maskey.

"Our resolve is steadfast. Racism will not win."
