New £100,000 Fund To Assist Bands With Travel Costs

Communities Minister Gordon Lyons has announced £100,000 in funding for the Travel Awards for Bands Programme.

East Belfast DUP MLA David Brooks praised the new funding stream as a way to provide "real and practical assistance" to bands, many of which face significant travel costs when performing outside of Northern Ireland.
