A band parade is scheduled for this evening, Friday, 5 September, in Newbuildings. A smaller parade will take place from 7.30pm to 8.15pm, followed by a larger one from 8.30pm until 11pm. Diversions will be in operation, routing traffic via Donemana. Drivers are advised to allow extra time for their journeys.

On Saturday, 6 September, a planned march is set to cause delays in the city centre. Participants are due to begin at Bishop Street at 2pm and will proceed through The Diamond before finishing at Guildhall Square at 3.45pm.

Police are asking drivers to be mindful of the delays and to take extra care on the roads.
