Three Teens Arrested After Violent Altercation In Newry
Three teenagers have been arrested in connection with a violent altercation at a shopping centre in the Francis Street area of Newry.
The altercation, which occurred at around 5.40pm, involved a number of youths.
Three males, two aged 17 and one aged 16, have been arrested on a number of offences including attempted previous bodily harm with intent, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon. Two of the males have been released on bail as police carry out further enquiries and the other 17-year-old has been released unconditionaally.
Inspector Ritchie said: "We are particularly keen to speak with a male youth who we believe was attacked on Francis Street and who may have sustained injuries. This male had left the scene prior to officers arriving and we would like to speak with him as we have concerns for his wellbeing.
"I would ask anyone who witnessed this incident, or who may have captured dash-cam or CCTV footage from the area which could help with our investigation, to call police at Ardmore station, on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1120 18/10/25."

Man Stabbed In Ballymena
A man in his 30s has been stabbed in Ballymena, Co Antrim. The victim sustained a serious stab wound as he attended a house party at a property in the Argenta Walk area in the early hours of Monday morning. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening. It is believed there had been an altercation and a number of males fled the property.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Man seriously assaulted in Castledawson
Police in County Londonderry have appealed for information following a serious assault in the area over the weekend. A 26-year-old man sustained serious injuries after he was assaulted by a group of males after a disturbance outside his home in the New Row area of Castledawson, at around 2.15am on Sunday morning.
