Police Seek Potential First Responders Following Fatal Lisnaskea Collision
The PSNI's Collision Investigation Unit has issued a specific appeal for witnesses following a fatal road traffic accident in Lisnaskea.
The collision, which involved a Renault Traffic van and a Vauxhall Insignia car, took place on the Crom Road at approximately 4:40pm on Friday, 5 December.
28-year-old Hanna Tanasova, a Ukrainian national who had resided in the Mayobridge area for a number of years, died from her injuries in hospital on Friday, 26 December.
Investigating officers are particularly interested in identifying and speaking with two men who may have been the first to arrive at the scene. These individuals, described as wearing "work clothing," are believed to have arrived in a van travelling from the direction of Lisnaskea. Chief Inspector Simpson from the Collision Investigation Unit, said: "We are investigating a collision involving a Vauxhall Insignia car and Renault Traffic van on the Crom Road at around 4.40pm on that date.
"Sadly, 28-year-old Hanna Tanasova, who was originally from Ukraine but had been living in the Mayobridge area for several years, passed away from her injuries in hospital on Friday 26th December.
"We are hoping to speak to two men described as wearing 'work clothing' who potentially arrived on scene in a van from the direction of Lisnanskea. These males may have been first on scene and we would be keen to speak with them.
"You can get in contact with officers on 101, quoting reference number 989 of 05/12/25."
Information can also be submitted through the PSNI's online reporting form or provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Pedestrian Dies Following Road Traffic Collision Ikn West Belfast
A female pedestrian in her 70s has tragically died following a road traffic collision in west Belfast on Saturday, 9th November. The incident occurred on Hannahstown Hill shortly after 6:50pm when two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle. Emergency services attended the scene, and the injured pedestrians were taken to hospital.

Four Die On Irish Roads
Two people have been killed in weekend accidents in Northern Ireland, as well as two in the Irish Republic. A 20-year-old man has died in hospital from injuries he received in a traffic accident on the Hilltown Road in Newry on Thursday, 23 October. He was named yesterday as Daniel David McCormack from Castlewellan.

A man who died in a road collision in Co Antrim has been named as Kamil Gervenka. The crash occurred on the Portglenone Road in Randalstown at around 12.15am on Sunday, 23 October. It is believed he was originally from Slovakia and worked in the area. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
