Craxel To Create 27 Jobs With Belfast IT And Operations Hub
US software company Craxel is establishing a new IT and operations hub in Belfast, creating 27 jobs as part of its global expansion.
The move will support growth across the UK and Europe and deepen the firm's engagement with sectors including financial services and defence.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Virginia, Craxel specialises in digital analytics and digital trust technologies. It builds high‑performance graph database solutions for organisations that require speed, rich context, integrity and trust at scale. Announcing the investment from its new office at Pearl Assurance House in Belfast, Gary Connolly, Managing Director at Craxel UK, said: "We help organisations to solve complex data challenges by leveraging our patented Black Forest data platform. The new IT and operations hub in Northern Ireland will help us to drive sales growth across the UK and Europe as part of our global expansion plans. Our new Belfast team will do this by building close relationships with key sectors such as financial services and defence."
Welcoming the decision, Elaine Curran, Director of Trade and Investment at Invest Northern Ireland, said: "Craxel's focus on digital analytics and related technologies aligns closely with our strengths in cyber security and software development. We introduced Craxel to Northern Ireland and its decision to establish its new hub in Belfast is a strong endorsement of our skilled talent base.
"We're supporting the creation of 27 high quality roles in the new hub and look forward to working with the company as it grows its presence here to reach customers right across the UK, Europe and beyond."
The new positions will include software engineers, marketing executives, implementation specialists and sales executives, with recruitment planned to complete by 2028.
