Police Appeal After Shots Fired At East Belfast Property
Detectives have issued an appeal for information after shots were fired at a property in east Belfast.
Police received a report that gunfire struck a house in the Tamery Pass Area at around 8.30pm on Wednesday, 25 March. Damage was caused to the front windows, and further damage was observed to windows at the rear of the property.
People were inside the house at the time, however, no injuries have been reported. Officers are working to establish a motive and are asking anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have relevant dash-cam or other video footage, to contact police on 101 quoting reference 1623 of 25/03/26.

Shots Fired At House In North Belfast
Three residents of a house in north Belfast have managed to escape injury after shots were fired at the property this morning. Police said a total of four shots rang out between 4am and 5am in Arosa Parade, causing damage to the property. While two men and a woman were inside during the attack, no one is believed to have been injured.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

NI Property Prices Increase
Residential property prices in Northern Ireland increased for first time since 2007, according to a new report. The Northern Ireland Residential Property Price Index report for the second quarter of 2013 showed that between quarter one and quarter two, residential property prices increased by 2%.

Police have launched an investigation following an explosion outside a vacant property in the Mullagh Park area of Maghera, County L'Derry. Officers responded around midnight on Thursday (7 August) after receiving reports of a loud bang in the area. On arrival, they discovered that a device had detonated outside an unoccupied house.
