Lough Erne Resort Named Best-Rated UK Hotel by Which? Travel

Lough Erne Resort has secured the title of the best-rated hotel in the UK over the last 12 months, according to an assessment by Which? Travel.

The independent consumer body awarded the resort a full five-star rating following its rigorous review process, marking a rare achievement as only one other hotel has reached this score in the past eight years.

Which? Travel is renowned for its independent and unbiased investigations. To ensure a genuine assessment of quality and value, undercover inspectors book standard rooms online without identifying themselves and do not accept complimentary stays.

The review of the Fermanagh-based resort highlighted its ability to provide luxury at what was described as "outstanding value," with room rates noted at approximately £200 per night. Which? Travel designated the property as "the best-value stay in the country," specifically drawing attention to the elegant interiors, spa facilities, and the quality of the locally sourced dining. The report also praised the spacious lakeview rooms and the resort's location overlooking the Nick Faldo Championship Golf Course.

Gareth Byrne, General Manager at Lough Erne Resort, commented: "This is an incredible honour for everyone at Lough Erne Resort. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that Which? Travel's reviews are conducted anonymously and independently, reflecting the real experience our guests have when they stay with us."

He added: "To be only the second hotel in eight years to receive a five-star rating from such a trusted consumer authority is truly special, and a wonderful testament to the dedication of our entire team."
