• Skilled Labourers (Belfast (3) and L’Derry (2);

• Forklift Driver (Belfast);

• Site Manager, Apartments (Belfast – traditional build experience necessary, apartment experience preferred but not essential);

• Health & Safety Advisor (Belfast, site based);

• Health & Safety Advisor (L’Derry, site based).

Wrights Group To Buy JTI Site In Ballymena
Bus firm Wrights Group has announced it is to acquire JTI's premises in Ballymena, Co Antrim. The deal to buy the 100-acre site is expected to be completed in early 2017. Economy Minister Simon Hamilton welcomed the announcement.

Ministers Agree To Sell Shackleton Site To MJM Group
The First Minister and deputy First Minister have confirmed they have decided to sell the Shackleton site, the former military base in Ballykelly, L'Derry, to the MJM Group. The firm plans to create over 100 jobs initially on the 621.5 acre site.

There has been an SOS call to 'Save Our Sirocco' as fears grow over the future of a plan to redevelop the formerly world-famous Sirocco Work's site in east Belfast. The proposed developer, the Carvill Group has this week revealed it was planning to enter a Creditors Voluntary Arrangement to avoid financial meltdown.
