Police Renew Appeal On Fatal Motorcycle Collision on 26 April

The Police Service of Northern Ireland have reiterated their appeal for information regarding a fatal road traffic collision that took place exactly one month ago.

Emergency services received a report of a single-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle in the Clanabogan Road area shortly before 11am on Sunday 26 April.

Police officers attended the scene alongside personnel from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. Regrettably, 61-year-old Patrick Deery from the Dungannon area was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Detective Inspector Stewart from the Collision Investigation Unit said: "Our investigation is continuing, and we are continuing to appeal to anyone who may have any information which could assist, or who was travelling in the area at the time and may have captured any dash-cam or mobile phone footage, to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 536 26/04/26."

Police reissue appeal over fatal collision
Police in Lisburn have reissued their appeal for information following a fatal road traffic collision in County Antrim at the weekend. The incident happened in the Harmony Hill area of Lisburn at around 1.40pm on Friday February 9, when Honor Heatherington, aged-60, from the Derryvolgie Park area of Lisburn, died.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Police Appeal After Fatal Collision In Coleraine
A man has died after a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the Windyhill Road, between Limavady and Coleraine. The crash happened on Thursday, 20 November, shortly after 9.45am. The crash involved a lorry and a white Peugeot Partner van.
