Mount Charles has been chosen as the new catering partner for Northern Ireland Hospice under a four-year arrangement.

The agreement runs for an initial three years with the option to extend by a further year, and will see the independent, family-owned company provide food services for residents, staff and visitors across the Hospice.

The partnership unites two organisations with a strong focus on care, service and people. Drawing on its experience in healthcare and care settings, Mount Charles will deliver a high-quality catering offer designed to support the Hospice team and enhance the experience of patients, families and colleagues.

As part of the contract, Mount Charles will roll out a series of service enhancements, including refreshed menus tailored to residents’ and staff preferences, the introduction of its Clover & Grain food concept, a new on-site management structure and a renewed emphasis on quality, customer experience and innovation.

These measures aim to deliver a welcoming dining experience that complements the exceptional care provided by Northern Ireland Hospice, with comfort, nutrition and hospitality central to the offer.
