Duality Healthcare Opens New Belfast HQ

Duality Healthcare has opened a larger headquarters at Weavers Court in Belfast as its team surpasses 100 people, following the company’s independent Great Place to Work accreditation.

The new 2,500 sq ft base is intended to support the provider’s continued expansion and offer a high‑calibre working environment. The business, which now employs more than 100 personnel, said the move aligns with its growth plans and commitment to staff experience.

Great Place to Work is a global research and consulting organisation that assesses workplace culture and employee experience. Its accreditation is independently awarded and based solely on direct employee feedback, making it a highly credible and prestigious endorsement. For Duality Healthcare, the recognition marks a significant milestone and external validation of its culture as it scales.

The refurbished Weavers Court office doubles the footprint of the company’s previous headquarters and follows the opening of a new Belfast clinic on Bedford Street earlier this year.

Duality Healthcare also operates clinics in Newry, Ballymena, Derry~Londonderry and Omagh, with plans being finalised to open two further clinics in the coming months. Alongside its physical network, the provider delivers a UK‑wide virtual care service, enabling patients to access clinicians across the country regardless of location.

John McEvoy, CEO of Duality Healthcare, said: "Duality Healthcare has grown significantly this year, both in terms of increasing the services we provide and the size of our team and clinical network, so moving into a new, larger space for our headquarters is another important milestone."
