Belfast City Airport Extends Cinemagic Sponsorship For 37th Youth Film Festival

Belfast City Airport will remain the main sponsor of the 37th Cinemagic International Film Festival for Young People this October, backing a citywide programme of films, workshops and events aimed at children and families.

Announcing the continued partnership the airport said its support would help deliver a line-up designed to spark creativity, introduce young audiences to fresh ideas and interests, and highlight career paths across the screen industries.

In association with Belfast City Airport, this year's festival will feature a broad selection of films, screenings, hands-on workshops and creative experiences. Pupils from some of the airport's adopted schools are also set to take part.

Michelle Hatfield, Chief People and Marketing Officer at Belfast City Airport, said: "Cinemagic's Festival of Film is a fantastic celebration of film and creativity, and we're delighted to be main sponsor of it this year.

"At Belfast City Airport, supporting the next generation is an important part of our work within the local community. Cinemagic provides a wonderful platform for children and young people to engage with film and television, try something different and see where their interests could take them in the future.
