Holywood firm secures second major cross-border deal
Holywood-based Structural & Civil Engineering Consultancy firm Brian W Murray have announced securing their second major cross-border contract this year.
Having recently secured the €5.5 million project for the design of an extension to the Hillgrove Hotel in Monaghan they have also been appointed as Structural Engineers for the new €28 million factory outlet in Dundalk. Both projects further secure their expansion and foothold in the Republic having already been involved in a €4.0 million redevelopment project in Ushers Island in Dublin.
Brian W Murray Ltd. already provides expert Structural & Civil Engineering Consultancy services locally, throughout Ireland and the UK not just in the retail and hotel sectors but all areas of the construction industry, including the new 4,500sqm office development in Clarendon Square.
“Naturally we are delighted with these contracts as they are a result of hard work by all our team over the past few years. We intend to build on these opportunities as we enter our 10th year in business with similar projects already in the pipeline.”
As the firm is also looking to move into purpose built offices in Holywood this year it promises to be exciting times ahead for the company.

Council Secures Market Yard Funding

Francis Dismore Secures Contract With Barbour
Francis Dinsmore Ltd has secured a contract with global brand Barbour, following an investment in a new production facility supported by Invest Northern Ireland. The company, based in Kells, is investing over £1 million to create the new facility to apply wax coatings to textiles. The investment is projected to create 16 new jobs.
