Police appeal following Lisburn stabbing
Detectives are appealing for information after an 18-year-old man was stabbed in the front garden of a house in Lisburn at the weekend.
The victim sustained a number of stab wounds to the body and a stab wound to the head during the attack which took place in the Manor Park area of the city at around 11pm on Sunday. He was immediately taken to hospital for treatment however his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
One man was arrested but was subsequently released pending further enquiries.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police in Lisburn on 028 9065 0222 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

The PSNI in Lisburn have issued an appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of Thomas McKeown. The 52-year-old was last seen at around 11.12am in the centre of Lisburn on Tuesday 11 June. Police said that Thomas is a "vulnerable adult" and they are keen to trace his current whereabouts.

Family Of Missing Lisburn Man Concerned For His Welfare
The family of a missing Lisburn man are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare. Mr John Nesbitt, 29, was last seen in the Flush Park area on Thursday 19 November 2015. He is described as being 5ft 10inches tall, of slim build, with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing dark trousers, a dark jacket and grey shoes.

PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a "nasty" robbery in Omagh. Police received a report, that at around 1.30am on Monday, 19th February a man aged in his in his 40s was cycling in the Cranny Road area of the town, alongside the river, when he was set upon by a group of six people, dressed in dark clothing with hoods up.
