Three injured in paramilitary style shootings
Police are appealing for information after three men were injured in paramilitary style shootings in Belfast on Thursday.
A man in his 30s sustained injuries to his calves and hands after being shot four times in Alliance Road in the north of the city. The attack took place shortly before 9.40pm.
A short time later at around 10pm, two other men were shot in the Vionville Green area of Dundonald, on the outskirts of east Belfast.
Anyone who may have witnessed either incident is asked to contact detectives on 028 9065 0222 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Investigation Launched Following Attempted Robbery In Belfast
Police have launched an investigation after employees at a takeaway restaurant in Belfast were threatened with a hammer. The incident happened at premises on the Shankill Road shortly after 11pm on Tuesday, 07 March. A number of masked men armed with a hammer threatened staff and demanded them to open the till.

Police Fire Shot To Quell Trouble
The police have fire a shot to halt a Co Armagh fracas - with two men arrested at the scene. The circumstances behind the single shot being fired by a police officer during the disturbance in Portadown is now to be investigated. The incident took place in the Obins Street area shortly after 8.

Two men shot in paramilitary style attacks in west Belfast
Two men have been shot in the ankles in separate paramilitary-style attacks in west Belfast. The first man was shot in both ankles around 8.30pm in Norglen Parade on Wednesday night and was treated in hospital. The second attack happened in Vere Foster Walk around 10.40pm and the man was also shot in both ankles and sent to hospital for treatment.

Man shot in paramilitary-style attack
A 25-year-old man was shot in both legs and the hand in what police described as a paramilitary-style attack in east Belfast. A police spokesperson said that five men forced their way into a house in the Beersbridge Road area on Sunday at around 6.00pm. It is understood that his injuries are not life-threatening.
