Cyclist dies in road accident
A cyclist has died following a road traffic accident in Antrim on Thursday.
The victim was on a bicycle which collided with a lorry on the Randalstown Road at around 5.15pm.
The road was closed for several hours leading to serious traffic congestion and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
Police in Antrim have appealed for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them on 028 9065 0222 or Crimestoppers 0800 555111.

Police officers investigating a two-vehicle road traffic collision in west Belfast have issued an appeal for witnesses and dash-cam footage On 10 January officers received a report of a collision involving a car and motorcycle at approximately 5.30pm at the junction of Divis Street and Westlink on-slip, in the city-bound lanes.
