Health and Safety Executive to investigate saw mill death

A safety investigation is to be held following the death of a forklift truck driver at a sawmill in County Fermanagh.

The 54-year-old forklift driver, named as John McNeelagh from Dromore, died as a result of an accident, which happened as he was loading a trailer at the Balcas plant near Enniskillen last night.

The Health and Safety Executive are to launch an investigation to determine why the accident happened.
