Search resumes for body of County Down fisherman
A new search has been launched to find the body of missing County Down fisherman Connor Bogues.
The stormy weather of recent days has caused debris to be washed ashore, which is believed to belong to the wreckage of his boat, the Greenhill.
The Coastguard, along with the PSNI have today searched along the coastline of County Down, however it is understood that nothing has yet been found.
The new operation will see police search and rescue teams, officers from the tactical support group and a search dog unit taking part.
Three men were on the fishing vessel, when it sank after hitting rocks close to Ardglass on January 19.
The body of crewmember Donal Gibson was recovered the day after the boat went down and was buried a few days later.
The Captain of the vessel was rescued from the water shortly after the incident and was treated in hospital for hypothermia.
Despite extensive searches in the weeks following the tragedy, Connor Bogues' body was never recovered.
