Dungannon attacks may have 'racial motive'

Two houses County Tyrone have been attacked in what police believe to been a racially motivated incident.

One of the homes in the Windmill Drive area of Dungannon had a window broken and flammable liquid was poured in and set alight, while the second house had the front door panel broken.

The full extent of the damage has not yet been revealed and it is understood that no one was injured during the attack.

It is understood that Portuguese nationals live in the houses and detectives are investigating a racial motive for the attacks.
