Man dies after Ballymoney road collision

A 26-year-old man has died in hospital following a road traffic collision which happened on the Finvoy Road, between Rasharkin and Ballymoney at around 8.30pm on Tuesday December 17.

It is understood the man had been driving a Renault Clio car which was in collision with a Mercedes.

Police at Ballymoney have appealed for any witnesses to come forward. They have also appealed to two men, who called at Coleraine Hospital to enquire about the injured man after the collision, to contact them.

A man who died in a road collision in Co Antrim has been named as Kamil Gervenka. The crash occurred on the Portglenone Road in Randalstown at around 12.15am on Sunday, 23 October.
