River Mud Victim Rescued
A man has been rescued after falling into a river in County Fermanagh.
The victim was found in a reed bed and was pulled out by four members of staff from the Lakeland Forum Leisure Centre in Enniskillen.
Two went into the water while the other two held on to him after he became stuck up to his neck in the muddy banks of the Erne
The rescued man was taken to hospital where he is suffering from the effects of hypothermia.
A major search operation, involving teams of police, fire and coastguard personnel, got under way amid concerns a second person was in the water.
However, later on Friday, rescue teams said they did not believe there was another person in the water.
