Shotgun Robbers Target Car Dealership

It has just been revealed that armed robbers have targeted a car dealership. The criminals held up three people at the dealership near Ballynahinch, County Down, last night.

Three masked men went into a house on the site of the Roxforde Cars dealership on the Belfast Road at about 7.45pm on Tuesday.

One was armed with a shotgun, another with a knife and the third with a baseball bat.

They tied up the two men who were in the property before going into the business premises - taking a woman from there into the house too.

The men then ransacked the house before taking a number of items including a black Honda car.

A man was treated for bruising after being struck in the face with a shotgun during the raid.

Soon afterwards, the black Honda car was later found burnt out on the Lisbane Road in Saintfield.
