Victoria Square Apartments Unveiled

Luxury apartments at Belfast's Victoria Square shopping complex have been unveiled.

The development, called The Residence, has 106 apartments priced from £205,000 upwards.

There is a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, which range in size from 520-1000 sq ft.

Prospective buyers were given the opportunity to view the show apartment at the development over the weekend.

The interior furnishings of the two-bedroom, 839 sq ft show apartment on William Street South has been designed by Belfast firm, Fun Interiors.

"On commissioning of the Victoria Square apartment the aim was to create a city living lifestyle choice of vibrant urban chic with a Mediterranean touch," said company founder, Nita Sargent

Lighting specialists, Lighting Inspirations were called in to hang a Strauss Crystal Chandelier in the living area of the apartment.

The upstairs area of the penthouse apartment is a multi-functional space with double sleeping, study area and ensuite bathroom

Over 1.2 million people have visited Victoria Square since it was opened in March. It is estimate that 17 million people will splash their cash in the centre within the first year.

More retailers are due to open in the coming weeks and months as shop fit-outs are completed.
