Seven questioned following robbery and house siege
Seven people are being questioned by the PSNI following a robbery and armed siege in Londonderry.
The siege began shortly after lunchtime on Monday, when two men entered a terraced house at Duncreggan Road. Six of those involved were detained after armed police surrounded the house.
Trained hostage negotiators were called to the scene during the five-hour siege.
The police have linked the siege to an armed robbery at Pennyburn Credit Union in the city earlier in the day.
One man was arrested after the robbery and a gun and money were also recovered at the scene.
Police opened fire on a silver Renault Megane car after it rammed two patrol cars following the robbery. The vehicle was found a short time later abandoned across the border in County Donegal.

PSNI Appeal For Information On Fatal Collision Outside Tandragee
The PSNI have named a man who died following a road traffic collision outside Tandragee, as 84-year-old Sidney McIldoon. A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a 14-year-old in the Knockmore Road area of Lisburn last night, Monday 25th March. Police have said that at approximately 7.40pm on Monday 25 March, a 14-year-old boy had been approached by a group of teenagers, before being stabbed in the lower back.

Arrests Made At Traffic Collision Following L'Derry Burglary
Police responding to a road traffic collision in L'Derry last night, Wednesday 20 March, arrested two men in connection with an earlier burglary in the area. At 23:55 last night, police received a report of a collision on Gortinure Road involving a black Audi TT. The vehicle was found abandoned in a ditch.

PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Antrim during the early hours of Monday, 18 March. The 26-year-old was walking in an alleyway adjacent to Seacash Drive at around 3.50am when he was approached by two men.
