Larne road death victim named
The woman who died in a road traffic collision on Tuesday evening near Larne has been named.
42-year-old Ramona McGowan was travelling on the A8 Belfast to Larne Road when her Renault car collided with a lorry around 6.30pm on Tuesday evening.
She was from Argyle Avenue in Larne.
Police have asked any witnesses to the fatal accident to come forward.

Number Of Roads Remain Closed Following Storm Ali
A number of roads remain closed across Northern Ireland following the damage caused by Storm Ali. The following roads are still closed, however the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is working to clear the obstructions along with its multiagency partners.

Coast Road Crash Victim Named
Police have reported that one man has died in a crash on the scenic Antrim Coast Road (pictured here) this morning. The victim, just named as Scott Brady, 29 and from nearby Larne, was killed when his car was involved in the single vehicle accident. It happened near Ballygally at about 8.

The two teenagers who died following a road traffic accident in Co Antrim early this morning have been named. David McAuley, 15, from Seacourt Road in Larne and Gavin O'Neill, 16, from Gortin Park in Carnlough died when the white Ford Escort Cosworth in which they were travelling hit a wall on the Marine Road in Carnlough at around 1.
