Internet firm launch drive for last minute temps
Britishjobs.net has announced the launch of temp4us.co.uk, a web service dedicated to matching temps to short lead time temporary contracts.
Britishjobs.net member agencies can place positions on temp4us and as soon as the vacancy is on the system, emails advertising the position are sent to candidates who match the location and role criteria.
Commenting on the new service, Graham Miles, Managing Director, Britishjobs.net said: "Matching temporary staff to immediate vacancies is a constant challenge, even for agencies with the biggest temp books.
"We developed temp4us, using our locally based sites as a foundation, to enable our members to source staff fast. By placing a vacancy on temp4us an agency immediately reaches a pool of relevant staff, saving huge amounts of telephone time.
"In addition temp4us directly delivers new business opportunities by recommending relevant member agencies to employers who enquire via the site."
